Use the mailing list!

I see that many well-meaning people have left comments on various pages of the Localization project. Unfortunately, it's not easy to track these. If you want to contribute to the growing list of Moblin languages, please use the mailing list to ask questions or get more information. You are guaranteed to get a response from the list--not so much if you just leave a comment.

We are upgrading translate.moblin.org to the latest version of Transifex today. We hope there will be no disruption of the site, but if you experience any problems, let everyone know via the mailing list.

Seeking Moblin Programmer with User Interface Experience

We are looking to hire a Moblin programmer/developer for a short term project (that may become longer term). Ideally, you will be based near Boston (Marlborough, Newton, Acton), but you can work remotely. We have a user interface type of platform for mobile, TV and computing and need assistance porting it to Moblin. There could be additional projects, as we are extremely busy.

Please contact me at gsigel@comcast.net.

Auto update!

I like Moblin V2 . Boot up and shut down time is impressive. It has been twice updated since I first downloaded. It will be very nice if we can update to the existing system rather than downloading a new updated ISO. This issue has been already asked and I am just supporting that concerned issue. We are testing and we want easier and lesser time consuming task instead of downloading every updated ISO.
